Data we process

When you use the form, we may process your name, email or telephone number, province or area, town or local area, requested service and message. We also record language, consent date and a technical hash of the IP address to secure the form and prevent abuse. If you engage our services, we also process information required for quotations, communications, delivery, invoicing and legal compliance.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for no longer than 12 months after the last communication. Recipients, platforms and transfers

Search Console and Discover support search visibility and performance and do not themselves add cookies to this website. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your information is also processed under Meta/WhatsApp terms and privacy policy from the moment you open or send the communication.

Google or Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such processing must rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another valid safeguard. Review each provider’s policy before using its services.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent without affecting previous processing, by emailing info@joseibiza.com. We may request reasonable information to verify identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
